1. Try to smell it

Smelling the smell of seafood you buy is the easiest way to find out whether the seafood is fresh or not. Fresh seafood usually smells light or faint, not fishy, ​​sour, or rotten. 


Meanwhile, seafood that starts to rot usually smells like ammonia or is very fishy. Seafood may be a product that has been around for a long time or was not appropriately frozen. 


2. Pay attention to the outside
